Dear Friends,

We are still taking it all in.

More than 100 of you joined us to celebrate the ribbon cutting and the official 

next chapter of Alfredo's Pastaria & Mozzarella Bar - and we simply want to say

thank you. To the Pacific Grove Chamber of Commerce, our elected officials, city

leaders, longtime guests, neighbors, friends, and family who took time to be with

us: your presence meant more than words can express.

For many of us, Mezzaluna was never just a restaurant. It was where birthdays

were celebrated, friendships were strengthened, and countless memories were

created around a table. We recognize the responsibility that comes with carrying

that legacy forward, and Thursday's celebration reminded us how deeply this

restaurant is woven into the fabric of Pacific Grove.

Freddy spoke from the heart about his commitment to honoring what people have

loved about this place while bringing his own passion, hospitality, and vision to

the future.

As we move forward, our commitment remains simple: serve great food, welcome 

people warmly, and create a place where community continues to gather for years

to come.
